Our Community is a covenant-protected community governed by a Board of Directors who are volunteers elected by the property owners. The Governing Documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Sun Mesa Townhomes(CC&R's) and Rules and Regulations.
