Welcome to the SUN MESA TOWNHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION. We are located opposite the north gate of the Air Force Academy, exit 156A of I-25, at the intersection of Glen Eagle Drive and Struthers Road. Constructed in the southwest design, with stucco sided and tile roofs, Sun Mesa consists of 87 individually owned two level and rancher style units. Construction began in 1993 and the last phase was completed in 1998. We are proud of our well maintained Community.
