They may be paid to the Property Manager by using automatic electronic withdrawal, deducted from your specified financial bank account on the 2nd of each month. Forms may be obtained via requests to the Property Manager. Monthly assessment fees for each owner are otherwise due on the first day of each month. Fees not arriving at the PM’s business location on or before the last day of the month are considered delinquent and may be assessed a $10 late fee each month. All homes have 4 parking spaces assigned, (2) in the driveway and (2) in the garage. All other parking spaces are for guests/visitors and resident parking is not authorized unless specifically authorized by the Board of Directors for an addition fee of $50.00 per month. Board meeting are held at 3:30PM on the third Tuesday of every other month at a designated Board members home. Contact Z&R Property Management for the date and location. A Sun Mesa Newsletter is published monthly to keep everyone informed of the happenings in and around Sun Mesa. This may include new construction or developments taking place in the Glen Eagle area.
